I started a bottoms-up plan (in its own tab). I'm starting to think I'll need more merchandise to get through the whole year. I feel like this spreadsheet could get very long and arduous. Is this ever done as a monthly document that breaks each month down in its own tab and then has a tab for the summary data? I feel like that would really help me visualize my merchandise plan much better. Right now, I can't see the forest through the trees (or maybe the trees through the forest?).

It can be done as a monthly tab and that would work fine but it would create more links. That's not a problem as long as you get used to working with the links. Whatever works best for you. Important thing to check is that you can always see what the formula is inside of the cell - if there is one. If there is a formula there then do not put a number in it but create an appropriate link. If you need help let me know.
