Financial Planning: Module 9

Me: I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'm still confused about the following:
If some vendors will be consignment and some will be purchased wholesale, how do I indicate that in my Excel worksheets? 
What do the following headings in module 7 mean: Column N (Stores, total units) and column S (Boutiques Stores Boutiques and the corresponding numbers beneath them). Do I need to separate my e-commerce units from the mobile truck units? How? What if they overlap? 
If I'm not a wholesale business, do I need the wholesale column?
How are all of these sheets linking?

Me: Here is what I had for my initial bottoms up...I'm just confused as to how to get this into my excel spreadsheet, as mentioned in the other topic. Are we taking overall categories for sales or are we taking each individual item (and is my plan different somehow because I'll have a lot of one-of-a-kind pieces?)? Thanks!

Instructor Response: You have to manually put them in excel and then they should link.   Is that the question?
